Content Policy

Banned, removed on sight: sexual content involving minors (reported to authorities), explicit sexual content, hate symbols and slurs, doxxing and private information, targeted harassment, content that is illegal under Estonian law or the law where you are, and flags or imagery celebrating ongoing military aggression over attacked territory.

Allowed and welcome: good-faith pixel art, national flags placed peacefully anywhere on Earth — diaspora placements are explicitly welcome — rivalry over the canvas itself, and satire that punches at power rather than at people.

Contest is not abuse. Painting over an unprotected mural is the game. Coordinated harassment of a person or community through the canvas is not, and moderators judge the difference.

Reporting. Every mural, template and comment carries a Report button. Reports fall into six categories: hate symbols or slurs; sexual content; doxxing or private information; copyright / IP (the DMCA lane — include details); disputed flag or territorial claims (reviewed under the flag policy by the site's operators); and spam or griefing. Reports are rate-limited, reviewed by a person, and every decision is recorded in a permanent audit log. False reporting in bulk is itself a fair-play violation. Three independent reports pull a mural down automatically pending review. Target first-look time: within 24 hours.

Copyright / DMCA. To report infringing content, use the Report control on the content itself with the reason "Copyright / IP" and details, or email [email protected] with the work, the location on the canvas, and your contact. Takedowns are logged; repeat infringers lose upload rights.

Geopolitics. The official flag catalog is deterministic — see the flag policy. Paid placements in listed sensitive zones are reviewed by a human before rendering.
